All through this journey, he has been able to embrace many failures gracefully. 

Always ready to take risks, he is open to innovative business ideas, and when we are skeptical of a certain project, he boosts our morale by saying: “Don’t worry. If this succeeds, success is yours. If this fails, failure is mine.”
